Santa visit

Owen was absolutely fascinated with Santa!
Kyndal looks like, "Please bring me something! I've been good...I promise!"

Bundle Up

This past week was one of the coldest on record in Ohio. This was our first layer of clothing when we went out this day. It took about 15 minutes to get everyone dressed. (Can't wait to get back to Alabama.)

Poor Kid

On our final trip to Alabama before the big move, Owen had to be bathed in his Nana's laundry room sink because he would not stay still in the big bathtub.

Thanksgiving in the Smokey Mountains

We had a great time in the Smokey Mountains on Thanksgiving weekend.
Kyndal was waiting to go on a carriage ride.

A picture of Owen Cade Baker at Cades Cove (the inspiration for his middle name).
Grandma had lots of fun too!

Kyndal was perfecting one of her many poses for when she becomes a "fashion girl". (So she says.)

Owen decided to be very chatty during dinner. Excuse his manners, he is talking with food in his mouth.

All in one day

Owen thought Kyndal's empty laundry basket looked like loads of fun! (Yes, pun intended)

I just happen to have my camera in my hand from the previous picture. I was able to catch THE first time Owen pulled up by himself. He has been practicing for a week. I was ready for the crawling business, but pulling up right at nine months threw me for a loop.

Owen was very happy with himself and his new trick. All he did this afternoon was pull up on stuff. One great benefit for him, he can now reach some of his big sis's oh so interesting toys. Don't you love the diaper butt and bed head hair?

Trick or Treating

Somewhere over the rainbow...
We participated in Beggars Night (aka Trick or Treating) last night. For some strange reason, if Halloween falls on a Friday or Saturday, then everyone trick or treats on Thursday night. Go figure...? We had lots of fun!
The (Not at All) Cowardly Lion
Owen was hilarious in his costume. He was especially funny crawling around as a big ball of fur.
